Debra L. Anderson

Deb Anderson is the managing partner and co-founder of Anderson & Roers. She has a unique mix of knowledge and skills gained from years in public accounting and state government. Her work with many hospitals taught her how to dissect patient accounting and general ledger systems. Her government experience gave her a respect for the role of auditors and the demands on their time.

Deb identifies unrealized revenue opportunities and presents them to government authorities in an understandable fashion. Clients have realized millions of dollars in refunds and additional reimbursement over the years as a result of her efforts. Deb also identifies and mentors exceptional talent and takes a strong professional interest in the development of the firm’s associates.

Deb and her husband, Morrie, have four adult boys and several grandchildren they love to spend time with. She enjoys gardening and sitting on a pontoon on the lake .
